How it Works

Explained in 4 easy steps

Step 1 Label

Patient completes a simple questionnaire specifically focused on fall-related risk factors, such as environment, medications, pain, etc. on your/Safe Balance-provided tablet. 

Step 2 Label

During intake, patient performs simple yet meaningful balance tests to measure stability and postural control. 

Step 3 Label

Documentation of procedure, test results, and suggested interventions are generated in concise report for efficient decision-making by the provider. 

Step 4 Label

Education and resources are made available to the patient for continued home-based risk management and practices.
