What Our Customers Say

"Knowing that my mother is safe and tested for balance impairments was the difference in choosing where we recommended her retirement. With the SafeBalance testing program, we have a peace of mind knowing that if a balance concern is seen, measures are taken."

-Beth Schutte, Daughter of Resident

"Going through the Safe Balance program gave me the confidence that I needed to continue to be active. The girls were very sweet and made me feel as though my safety truly mattered!"

-Joan Robinson, 81

"My mother was considering several communities to move in to and all were great. However on our visit, Safe Balance was there and gladly tested my mother on her current fall risk. It was comforting that communities take this step toward making my mother feel safe. It really made our choice much easier and we are so glad we are here."

-Lori Contrucci, Daughter of Resident

"The Safe Balance event was more than they expected and technology was even more in depth and gave them more answers in regard to their balance than what they really had anticipated. I think that they will take that information and share it with a loved one and how balance is really crucial to them remaining independent."

-Carmin Harris, Executive Director

"I would recommend it for everyone, because when she gives you your feedback then you will know the things that you have to do. I have lived in this community for 2 years and have never had my balance tested like this before. I know what I have to do to be safe and get better."

-Bess Doberson, 83

"Safe Balance system was a great test, it was something new that I was not used to, and I advise everyone to come get one."
